Senior Staff Accountant

Senior Staff Accountant needed in Green Bay, WI!  Direct Hire!

Trillium Staffing is currently seeking an experience Senior Staff Accountant with a payroll background to add to our client’s growing team!

The Senior Staff Accountant will be responsible for preparing financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually), AP/AR duties, assists in completing audit preparations, analyzing and maintaining general ledger accounts, and all other duties as assigned to maintain our client’s continued success! The Senior Staff Accountant will also act as the lead rep for our client’s bi-weekly payroll processing. You will be responsible to work with HR in effort to update all exemptions, determine payroll liabilities for our client, and will ensure all employee timesheets are accurately entered into our client’s system for processing.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity with a well-established organization in Green Bay, WI! The standard hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm with flexible start and end times.  This is a salaried role with a starting range of $65-75k+ per year!

Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, strongly preferred.
* 3+ years of accounting experience, required.
* 2-3+ years of payroll accounting experience, strongly preferred.
* Accounting experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, strongly preferred. Job Costing experience a plus.
* ERP System experience
* Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
